  2. No Therapeutic Relationships through Social Media: Engaging with our social media content does not constitute or replace a therapeutic relationship. We strongly encourage you to begin your own therapeutic relationships to support your individualized goals.

Privacy and Confidentiality

  1. Avoid Identifiable Interactions: To protect your privacy, we discourage clients from commenting, tagging, or interacting in ways that publicly identify their association with Willow and Sage Counselling.
  2. Direct Messaging: We do not respond to private messages through social media regarding counselling inquiries or emergencies. Please contact us for confidential communication.

Content and Engagement

  1. Educational Purpose: Our social media platforms share information and educational content, mental health tips, and updates about our practice.
  2. Respectful Engagement: We encourage respectful dialogue and reserve the right to moderate or remove comments that are offensive, inappropriate, or that violate privacy.

Emergencies

Willow and Sage Counselling’s social media accounts are not monitored regularly. If you are in crisis, please contact an emergency services or your local crisis line immediately.
